"After doing a simple Google search, the first thing that attracted me was the very professional website and after speaking to Leana I knew it was the right call to make. My carpets have instantly lifted in fibre, its fresh and the best part is that it was such an efficient process. Leana and her partner are amazing humans and they really care about your overall well being. They go above and beyond to make sure that the experience is ultimately amazing. After bringing up all their equipment (seventeen floors!) to my new apartment, we discovered to my dismay and embarrassent that the electricity has not yet been turned on. I was ready to give up and postpone the appointment, but Leana would not give up! She was determined to get my carpets cleaned right away. She helped me to ask a neighbour for help, and we ran her extension cord to the apartment next door, and in no time my carpets were “sparkling”! She and her husband are a great team, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I will definitely be calling them again when my carpets need another clean."
